Some like it hot. Sauce that is.

I've wanted to get into hot sauce for awhile, and since we now have a garden full of peppers, the time is right. In with my homemade brand, I proudly offer my Kiss of the Yeti sauces.

Kiss of the Yeti
Your basic red hot, though mine is orange

15 Cayenne peppers
5 Jalapeno peppers
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
salt
vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 cup distilled white vinegar
Chop up the peppers, garlic, and onion and saute them with the salt and oil for 3 minutes. Add the water and cook until just about all the liquid is gone. Then add to the food processor and puree for 15 seconds (until smooth). Add in the vinegar while the processor is on. Strain and bottle. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
